Olives are one of my favorite foods, so it’s no surprise I’m a big fan of olive tapenade too. It’s a great savoury dip for parties, a great addition to your sandwich, or a salty and flavourful enrichment of your dinner.
And best of all, you can make this tapenade in only five minutes! You can choose the type of olives you like and adjust the quantity of the ingredients to your own flavour. I like my tapenade to be a little salty, but I would recommend adding a few anchovies at first and add more if needed, as the tapenade might quickly get a little too salty for your taste.
It takes only five minutes to make this easy green olive tapenade. Tapenade works great on a cracker, with a cheese plate, pasta, or even in meat dishes!
